My 12yo loves Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings so I decided to get this seasoning while I was on the island. The day after returning home he wanted wings and so I tried out the new seasoning. He loved it and so did we. It gave the chicken a great flavor and no aspect of the seasoning was over powering. Will definitely get some more next time I am in the area!
The Banzai seasoning is AWESOME! I believe i met Sean at the Made in Hawaii expo and after telling him the kind of profile i was looking for he recommended the Banzai blend. Boy was he dead on! Brought it back to Cali and used it on salmon and it was everything he described. Every-time I’ve come home I’ve wanted to visit Kailua Seasoning but living in Mililani I never was able to make the drive. Now that I’ve found a go to spice I’ll be ordering it again. Perfect blend of sweet and smoky if that’s what you are looking for!
These syrups are so flavorful and just the right level of sweetness. They shipped quickly and for less money from Kailua than they would have directly from Pono Potions! Very happy with this purchase.

The Green Bamboo Salt is very tasty. I really enjoy dipped my cherry tomatoes in it. The only thing that would make it better is if it came with a shaker top inside the jar.
Made chili and everyone loved it! So much easier having the Banzai mix than having separate seasoning bottles.
So far I have used it on several different things and love it. It is a perfect compliment to any meat and enhances food flavor.

The surfer’s rub is down right delicious first had it on pork loin then a light sprinkle on a porterhouse,WOW did it bring out the flavor. I have shared it with a few of my friends and I’m sure they’ll place a order
