After honeymooning in Hawaii years ago, we fell in love with kalua pork and have been making it at home as a staple food in our house. I haven’t been able to find the original brand of Red Alaea Salt that I’ve been using and tried a couple other brands that were very disappointing. This one was absolutely perfect!
