The Banzai seasoning is AWESOME! I believe i met Sean at the Made in Hawaii expo and after telling him the kind of profile i was looking for he recommended the Banzai blend. Boy was he dead on! Brought it back to Cali and used it on salmon and it was everything he described. Every-time I’ve come home I’ve wanted to visit Kailua Seasoning but living in Mililani I never was able to make the drive. Now that I’ve found a go to spice I’ll be ordering it again. Perfect blend of sweet and smoky if that’s what you are looking for!

I haven’t found anything I wouldn’t bonzai.YouTube also can’t overuse it. I just made some corn riblets with them…probably the best thing I’ve had all year. My go to dishes are salmon & wings.
